The organizational layer of Decision Architecture. Co-authored by Daniel Montero & Monica Hernandez, the BDA governs the structural conditions under which consequential decisions are made. It replaces performed consensus with verified alignment through the UCADE Cycle, the ADICE Matrix, and Strategic Friction.

👤 Solo Decision Architecture (SDA) — v1.0

The individual layer of Decision Architecture. Authored by Monica Hernandez, the SDA governs the moment of personal commitment before it enters any organizational process. Powered by the Dual Lens Diagnostic Instruments, it establishes the individual precondition the BDA assumes has already occurred.
